This home, staged for a local builder specializing in sustainable and intentional structural masonry, exudes purposefulness in every detail of its materiality and design. To enhance this warmth, I carefully selected furnishings that would complement the overall aesthetic. In the living room, a blend of vintage and contemporary elements coexist harmoniously. The space features a vintage rug, original artwork, and subtle patterns that add character. However, it is the structural brick arches that truly capture attention. To accentuate these archways, I incorporated furniture with subtle curves while maintaining traditional silhouettes to create congruency with the patina. Bright and neutral furnishings in the living room provide a striking contrast to the dark and beautiful tones of the woodwork. To add visual interest without detracting from the overall ambiance, cozy textures such as knits, stone, and natural elements were introduced.

Moving into the dining room and kitchen area, the color palette expands. In order to draw attention to the green accents, I opted for a natural and unassuming dining room setup with woven themes highlighted by foliage. Just off the living room is an arched niche—a functional addition to the home’s design. To complement this space, I chose an organically-shaped chair and a light-colored woven wood that ties back to other finishes throughout the build. The vignette is completed with vintage accessories like antique books and an architectural drawing.

As we shift focus towards the kitchen area, intentional choices continue to be evident—such as the shelf above the backsplash—which provide opportunities for lifestyle-based accessory placement. Throughout the home, picture lights have been installed to illuminate original works of art and antiqued paintings.

The master bedroom serves as a cozy retreat adorned with striking architectural elements. Brown tones and an eclectic mix of patterns accentuate this craftsmanship. Mismatched nightstands and pleating are used strategically to create a collected feel while adding visual interest.

Another view of the primary bedroom captures a quiet and lived-in moment. The primary bathroom, a true work of art, requires minimal complementing to highlight its finishes. Fresh florals provide the perfect touch to accomplish this desired look.

We staged this project with meticulous attention to detail for the newly built house, which elegantly combines contemporary architecture with rustic elements. The furniture selection in neutral tones harmonizes perfectly with the chosen color palette that mirrors the building’s distinct features.

In the living room, a captivating mix of straight lines and organic pieces is enhanced by the presence of natural materials like ceramic and wood in handmade decor objects. Upholstered in natural fabric with plush velvet cushions, the sofa creates a luxurious and nature-inspired ambiance.

Our staging efforts extended to the cozy dining room, where minimalist yet rustic furniture adds warmth and character. The beautifully set table, adorned with exquisite items, is complemented by a delightful pistachio green shade from the carefully curated color palette. This carefully arranged space invites you to dine as if surrounded by a serene garden.

Adjacent to the dining area, we designed a social space featuring a barbecue grill and a generously sized table for relaxing moments shared with loved ones. To ensure the comfort and enjoyment of the surrounding scenery, we included a lounge area furnished with a comfortable sofa.

The spacious kitchen follows a more contemporary style and boasts all the necessary appliances. Our choice of Bertoia design chairs around a well-set table creates an inviting atmosphere perfect for leisurely morning coffees.

The master suite is truly dream-like, offering a king-size bed strategically positioned to capture stunning views of both the horizon and pool area. We added an inviting armchair for relaxation and included a TV for indulging in favorite series. A mix of fabrics in soothing colors from our chosen palette provides an extra touch of coziness throughout this luxurious sanctuary.

For each of the four additional suites, we carefully selected elements in earthy tones that recall the beauty of brick walls found in both the social areas and exterior spaces of this remarkable home. Fluffy cotton rugs and suede upholstered headboards contribute soft textures that enhance overall comfort. The incorporation of gray accents complements black-and-white scenic artwork, evoking the ambiance of a clean and cozy hotel room.

As night falls, this house transforms into a captivating spectacle with its beautifully illuminated spaces. Throughout our staging process, we designed every detail to create a connection that exudes warmth, beauty, and comfort. We meticulously curated elements that engage all the senses while ensuring unobstructed views of the surrounding outdoor area and nature, allowing for a seamless integration that imparts a unique sense of freedom.
