Keeping up with current trends, we have ensured that the STR offers an ergonomic and comfortable workspace.

The sleeping area has been thoughtfully arranged adjacent to the window, where you will also find the split-type air conditioning unit. To define this space, we have incorporated a hollow panel adorned with delicate leaf imitations. Every detail has been carefully considered to ensure maximum comfort for our guests - from the king-size bed with its luxurious 400-thread-count cotton bedding to individually activated side pendant lighting and blackout curtains.

The headboard wall showcases a combination of ceramic coating and wood paneling, both chosen for their easy-to-clean properties and low maintenance requirements - crucial factors in projects of this nature. On the other side of the dividing panel, you’ll discover a cozy living area alongside a well-equipped kitchen. The sofa effortlessly transforms into a second bed, accommodating up to three people comfortably. The ottoman serves multiple purposes as it can be used as a coffee table or additional seating.

The three-tone kitchen has been carefully planned in a U-shape design, maximizing countertop space and even allowing for the installation of a washing machine - an added convenience for our guests. Given that natural lighting is limited in this area, we have reinforced the lighting system to ensure optimal brightness.

As you enter the hallway, you’ll notice exquisite details such as a mirrored sideboard on one side and a coat rack on the other. Despite its small size, this STR offers generous style and comfort. It truly deserves its well-earned five-star rating!

Welcome to your mini urban getaway! This concept inspired the entire project of this vacation rental apartment, perfectly situated in the heart of the city and just a stone’s throw away from the sea. To create a sense of lightness and fluidity, we removed the wall that once separated the bedroom from the living room. In its place now stands a captivating table, becoming the new centerpiece of attention.

This minimalist table, crafted from a refurbished old movie tripod base and topped with reclaimed wood, serves both as a dining area and a workstation. Positioned strategically above it is a swiveling TV, ensuring guests can enjoy their favorite shows from either room. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed that can easily accommodate up to three guests if needed. Both windows are adorned with blackout curtains, allowing for complete privacy when desired.

The central lamp above the table was meticulously designed and executed exclusively for this project. It beautifully combines natural materials with black steel elements, embracing an “industrial chic” inspiration. Now let’s take a look at the charming mini closet - original, minimalist, and more than sufficient for your stay in this extraordinary short-term rental (STR). And as an added bonus, you can even get some exercise here!

The bathroom has also undergone renovations to match the overall style of this unique space. We relocated the door to coincide with the dividing wall between the bedroom and bathroom while replacing outdated tiles with modern coverings. As an innovative touch, we created an elegantly illuminated niche where towels and amenities are thoughtfully displayed in place of the original bathroom door. Whether open or closed, curtains provide flexibility according to guest preferences. Our priority is to ensure a cozy experience and a restful night’s sleep.

Lastly, let’s explore the fully equipped kitchen - complete, beautiful, and highly functional. Previously isolated from the rest of the apartment by walls, it has been seamlessly integrated into the living room area to enhance enjoyment during cooking. Most items are conveniently displayed, allowing guests to easily navigate and make use of all the amenities. We chose lighter finishes for this area, as it benefits from limited natural lighting.
